PRIDE IN THE NAME OF LOVE
It's been 2 days since I came home from camp and I'm still suffering from post-camp syndrome. I guess everyone is. ( except esti)
Day ONE
Met Eugene at Bishan MRT super early, but i was late. heehee.
Then met the girls at the
red horsehoe for breakfast.
Most of us got separated into diff grps and the only person I had fr the same class was Ruben.
oh i forgot, I specially went to Cheers to buy Lakerol for Esti.
My facils were really nice, Serena & Lucas...
ok so, the icebreakers were kindda fun esp the frozen tee.
and i was so super clumsy during the toothpicks and fruit loops game!!!
kept dropping them like nobody's business.
Then we were assigned our rooms and I was in the same room as Trini and her spongebob cusion!
But later on, due to complications, I ended up in St. Anne's room with Jessica darling! :D
and yes, she announced it to the whole world.
I had Jess and Gabby arnd me and so we formed the
''Three Knees'' and
''Eeny Meeny Miney Mo!".
Then we had mass, I didn't know weekday masses are only half an hr.
P&W was okay...
Talentime was super funny. I kept laughing til my tummy muscles ache. haha.
Bedtime was rather early for me and Jess... *yawn*
Day TwoI had high expectations for day 2.
So much for the rumour running 10 rounds around the church for morning PT.
It was a mini P&W session and chicken dance! hahaha.
Then we had a talk by a sister

in the auditorium.
I dreaded bible quiz i tell you. My knowledge of the bible is close to
ZERO.
I don't even know where to start searching for the ans.
We were talking abt how ij girls do not read the bible. seriously.
But good thing is, my grp won! yay St Joseph...!
Next was another talk... I paid full attention this time.
It was rather intersting and inspiring.
Then we had a very weird game, we lined up according to our heights and because we took so long we lined up according to birthdays.
gosh, I felt old. I was the 9th person in line okay.
so ya, tt game had absolutely no aim at all.
Before going for confession, we had another talk by Bro Mike.
Melissa & I were freezing in church. I bet the temperature was like 15 degrees?!
She kept chattering and I couldn't help

but laugh while waiting for our turn.
The letter part was wow. Though I didn't cry so much.
my mummy & daddy even put a pic of the little mermaid at the end of the letter! :D
Esti & I just sat around stoning watching Jessica going round
'karchauing' ppl.
After that was
Shalom! Whee.. that was fun! Sorta like the friendship dance.
"as we walk to the right, as we walk to the left, as we walk..." oops.
okay, I admit, I enjoyed P&W that night. but it doesn't make me like it :P
I thought it was one of the best P&W sessions so far. the last too.
Instead of showering in the afternoon, we showered at 1am!
The water was freezing!
Jess and I couldn't get to sleep so we went around disturbing ppl.
NIC WAS THE FIRST TO SLEEP! she didn't even bothered to shower! sleepy skippy peanut butter.
We went to Trini's room to blow our hair and then was chased back to our room.
So, due to our hyperness, jess darling & I used a pathetic torch to play tic tac toe, write notes &
Pom Pee Pee.
When someone came to check on us, we just dropped everything & slammed our heads on our cusions! If she had better eyesight, she would have noticed that our specs were still on. HAHAHA!
Day ThreeThe third day was kindda slowed paced. We had mass with our parents followed by another talk by Bro Mike.
Dwayne tagged along with me and my class the whole time. He & ryan were like super close pals. haha.
Our class was at the stage crapping and crapping and listening to an ultra stupid joke that eugene told us.
Esti answer was nonsensical.
We were then sent up to pack our barang barang.
we were so fast we even had time to talk and talk at the steps.
and the whole time, I forgot about Dwayne!
Somehow, he clicked with the guys from my class quite well. haha.
After scribbling on the banner and photo takings, we all went home!
cept for some ppl who went for what they call 'Linner'. Lunch cum dinner.
