Familiarity breeds contempt
Shit happens. And sometimes you just can't do anything about it, but to let it go. You learn to let go. And you let go because you know that it has reached a stage where no one seems to care anymore. All of us got too comfortable with each other and it turned into intolerance for some us. (yup including me.) I mean, what the hell right, we only have one and a half week left, what are we doing? It's trivial, really. But I need to rant.
I'm all for camaraderie and watching us falling apart so fast kind of stings. It's unfortunate that this is happening in our last sem, but I suppose it's just part of life. Cliques within a clique is normal. Our clique is huge, by far the largest clique I ever had with fifteen people. I know I won't be meeting half of them once we graduate so... As brutal as it sounds, it comes to a point where you learn to pick the ones whom you reckon will be there for you in the long run.
But then again, I suppose we're all a little on the edge after our assignments. Everyone seems to be easily frustrated and looking half dead in lecture. hehh. But we finally completed Market Reseach project a few minutes ago and we're on to our final one tomorrow. Service Quality, please be good :(
As for the clique, well, we had a good run. Here's to the one and a half week left.

School's at 8.30am tomorrow, and I don't wanna oversleep like I did today so I actually went to bed at 10.45pm but just an hour later, I am wide awake. O.O I'm so dead for tomorrow, I swear.
uh, heck it :P Either Allie or Tilly will end up calling me in the morning. Haha.
Anyways, just a post today before I start another round of reports tomorrow :( Reports, please be merciful. I dedicate more time on you than on anything else during the last couple of weeks. (okay fine, with the occasional outings with friends & lazy worm.)
19 Aug- Gen, Jam, Jonnie, Victor & I finally met up at Holland V for prata. We've been planning a meet up for weeks, maybe even months, but Jonnie always seemed to be the cause of it failing. Anyway, we're more affectionately known as The Asswipes. (our whatsapp group title: WE ARE ALL ASSWIPES) Well maybe because we're always super mean to each other, like them calling me 'ehrealslow' and we've a bad habit of sending this to each other.
So... Stupid Jonnie was like an hour and a half late that we got pissed and started eating without him. Sheesh. I can't remember what exactly we talked about over lunch but Jonnie & Victor got acquainted and we started crapping the shit out of everything again. Headed over to Provence for tea and I just don't understand how Victor can just lie on Jamie almost everywhere. Once outside HV station, another at the coffeeshop and then at Provence. whuuut. haha. Spammed photos and annoying Jonnie replaced my FB photo with that photo of his -.- and neither Gen nor Jamie helped me stop him! :O I took that down immediately. Seriously being asswipes, these people. hahaha.
We headed to town without Jonnie after and I went for mass with my family back in RC :)
26 August- JAMIE TURNS 21! :)
So my best friend turned 21 and she threw a partay in Outback Steakhouse at Millenia Walk. I was her game planner where I had to come up with a trivia about Jam. And I cannot believe I know her thaaat well and thaaat much. Poor me. haha. Planning for a 21st was kinda like planning for a wedding, just on a waaaay smaller scale! haha. All the prep to do before the actual day, going through trivia questions with the birthday girl, getting the slides ready, planning with Farhana for surprises. But can you believe I overslept on that day?! Thank God Jam called me. Hahaha I call it the best friend sixth sense, poops ;)
But I still managed to reach there on time. Hahaha. Loved Jam's dress, she was in a dark blue-ish green dropback dress. Lunch was great, but I stopped halfway and started the trivia with Farhana and our last min 'emcee', Saida. She makes a damn good emcee, seriously. hahah. Her family started the ball rolling and everyone else took turns to answer.
Farhana & Saida threw her a surprise performance with a medley of songs and I was instructed to blindfold Jam, idk why. Hahah but I did anyways. And after it, the awkward moment when the birthday song was sung, birthday cake was cut and we separated back to our tables to chat and the birthday girl went from table to table to talk and thank her guests :)
Gen came really late, but better than never and she got Jam a cupcake from Twelve Cupcakes. We stayed til everyone left and it was just the Asswipes occupying a table and writing her birthday guestbook :)
I hope you had a great time, Poopy. Happy 21st :) It's crazy how much I love you as my best friend. It's crazy the amount of shit we whatsapp each other a day. and we get that every single day! Even though you kill me with your lameness and traumatise me with how gross you can be, you're still my best friend and I think we'll be this way for a very long time. I wish you all the best, with V and your future parents-in-law. haha! And as I'm typing this now, I know I still owe you your birthday card & present but I've already gotten them. I'll pass it to you real soon. xx. Read the card for more mushy shit. HAHAHA.
Been meeting the lazy worm (hehe, I like calling you that, okay?) almost every weekend but I'm not complaining! :) It's always something I look forward to after doing assignments during the week and the stupid stuff that's been happening in school. And the excitement to see him just increases as Friday gets nearer.
Moments that made me smile:
- When we were watching 'Sinister' trailer in the cinema and it got effing scary for me, I closed my eyes, shifted my body and realised his eyes were still glued to the screen. And when it ended, he said to me, "I'm so gonna watch this... WITH YOU!" *turns to me and laughs*
-Our daily whatsapp chat :)
-When Kenny was upset and we decided to crash his place to HTHT. We were on the sofa, I nudged and whispered to him, "You talk to him." "Tsk, no, you talk to him." And we both gave each other a why-you-make-me-do-that kinduv smile.
- When he can't stop poking and pinching my tummy fats and when I struggle to find his fats to poke. Yes, I need to start losing those fats! or not... hahaha.
-When he waited so willingly for me at KSL on a rainy Friday afternoon.
- When we were supposed to meet again later that Friday but we were both so dead tired that he suggested meeting the next day for breakfast and a movie after :)
I'm pretty happy with the way things are going but I'm not gonna say much here :)
So... I better head to bed now before I oversleep tomorrow. heh. Can't let that happen. School's been crazy. Assignments and well... the clique... but that's for the next post.

Sleep, and still look glamourous and pretty. HAHAHA. Okay, Tiana doesn't look half as glamourous, but I can still aim for the rest. Ariel looks pretty happy here btw. Oh but I don't wear eyeshadow to bed like Jasmine does. hahah. Alright, that's besides the point!
The point is... There's just too much I need to write about but I'm exhausted beyond anything right now! Finally got my LFC report done at 4AM yesterday and I need sleeeeep and i don't even know why I'm blogging.
Gotta write about 1. Prata date with Jam, Gen, Jonnie & Victor 2. Jam's 21st party 3. Random school stuff 4. Outings with the lazy worm.
Yup. SOON. It's only Monday (I haven't slept yet so it's still considered Monday until I wake up later) but my whole's week looking vvv busy already!
