Remember when I said blogging was a chore? indeed it is and yet i'm still blogging for so many years.
Ever since I fell sick for a couple of days last week and being pampered like hell, yes I was
really pampered okay, (Sherman sponged me for 2 hours and mummy actually spoon fed me!) ahah. I still feel super lethargic waking up in the late morning and start my day with LUNCH. sheesh.
I haven't really done anything productive since school ended. Except
going out,
cooking buah keluak and
making brownies at Ally's place! Or maybe i'm just taking things SLOWer. I don't know! I hate it when I'm home in the afternoon. I just sleep my beautiful and sunny afternoon away on the couch.
My weekend was really boring. Attended the Wonderfully Made workshop in church and i think it was a little too theoretical for me to grasp anything. We analysed Genesis, mostly about Adam and Eve. It's such a primary school kindda story and we were analysing it as if I was doing Literature in secondary! Moreover my nose and throat were killing me, ...and then came gastric. I was in bad shape man. haha. At least Janis had
strawberry Lakerol :) :) hee. oh oh and one of my facils is Sherman's good friend. Now how small can the world get?
Wall-E and
Shine Jesus Shine on Monday with Ally, Sherman and Nic. Pixar did a pretty good job. It was something different. Robots. haha. and yet Disney never fail to create that sense of lovey dovey-ness. haha.
oh my goodness. Getting the tickets with Ally was funny! We asked for 4 Wall-E tickets but the lady at the counter heard Boy-A, and then she asked us if we were above 18. Ally and I were thinking, "Since when did Wall-E became M18?". The lady then pointed to the board of rated movies. and we were like, "NONONO. WALL-E!!". and she even asked us if we were twins! Ally was quick to correct her..
Shine Jesus Shine.... I don't know why I went for it. I ate my chocolate bread and even dozed off a while. and I don't know any songs they were singing! :/
Yesterday, I was given a personal tour around Sherman's hangouts when he was younger. haha. We actually went onto the railway tracks! ahah. I like that. Walked all around Tanglin Halt and then to Blessed Sacrament.
My evening was spent at Holland Village. The old aunty is still selling the malt candy after SOOOOOO many years! More than 10 years. I used to call her (and still do), Tingtingting aunty! ahah cause she always rings the bell. Thanks for a great day love.
sigh. *reflects* :D
Happy Birthday Christinee.
