And then the time I woke up to find that summer gone.
(Part I)
I know April to July isn't exactly summer, but it was
my summer :)
Summer fun and a short term summer romance.
I had the craziest fun during this period after a really long time.
But I knew that once July came, everything was gonna slow down. uh huh.
Everything, including him.
So summer was over when school started, when Ally left for Melbourne and the moment I realised that I was being f*cked up by someone whom I thought I could have loved.
I feel so cheated right now I don't even know where to start.
You were never meant to happen at all.
Although we whatsapp everyday, there's just nothing to it anymore.
And for some reason, I feel like a stranger already.
You don't ask to see me anymore and neither do you text me like before.
And I'm still waiting for the truth from you.
Is it true she doesn't want you to meet me?
What do you have to be afraid of if to you, we're just friends?
It's not fair, to me and to her although I really don't give two shits about her.
Everyone who found out I've been hanging with you gave me disapproving stares and those stares turned into words filled with concern for me.
And that's only cause they know you; they know the influence you'll have on me.
If there was anything good that came out from hanging with you was BG and Kmah.
I have so much to say to you, so many questions to ask you but I don't know how to.
But then again, thanks.
There were moments I had with you that are worth keeping.
1. When you met me near my block when the rest of your friends were at Zouk and I remember so clearly how you made me laugh so damn hard at the word, 'clanky' and how we ended up eating cup noodles from 7 Eleven.
2. How I ended up abusing you in the cinema while watching Insidious.
3. How you messed up every single character's names from The Lion King.
4. When you lent me the only sweater you brought to Kmah's freakin' cold penthouse and having to wear your shirt to keep warm instead.
...and a few more that I'm not gonna list.
So yeah, I guess I'll never find out the truth from you.
But nonetheless,
